Uninstalling Internet Explorer

Windows 95
Internet Explorer can be uninstalled in the normal way using the Add/Remove Programs function which you will find if you go to the 'Start' menu and look in 'Settings' then 'Control Panel'.
From the Add/Remove Programs dialogue box, select 'Internet Explorer', then click on Add/Remove.
You will now see another box appear giving you several options for uninstalling Internet Explorer.
If you click on 'Advanced', you can select which components to uninstall.
Windows 98 and above
Internet Explorer is integral to the Windows operating system and cannot be uninstalled.
