This means that you can set up your own web page on the Internet about whatever you like - automobiles (cars), computers, music or your boy/girl friend. There are, however, usually a number of restrictions of the web-space offered by the providers listed here. These are normally on the lines of no commercial sites (so you can't advertise your own web-creation services), no 'adult' material (if you know what I mean :) ), and no un-authorised advertising (the web-space providers usually provide the adverts to go on your page).
